About the Auction:
The auction is organized annually by members of the Yale Medicine, Nursing, Physician Associates, and Public Health programs to raise awareness and money for the hungry and homeless people in Greater New Haven. All proceeds are donated to local non-profit organizations.
Last year (2011), the auction raised $35,000 to benefit the following organizations that do good work to combat hunger and homelessness in New Haven:
- Christian Community Action
- Community Soup Kitchen
- Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen
- Domestic Violence Services of New Haven
- Community Soup Kitchen
- Liberty Community Services
- Youth Continuum

This year we are working harder to raise
